My experience at FoGo de Chao was disappointing. I go to these steakhousees to enjoy the meats, which is what sets then apart from other restraints, and the cuts at FoGo were not at all close to what I expected from a Goucho in a metro in the mid-west . They were inferior to even what I am accustomed to at a typical Goucho. For a place in the cities doing as much business as FoGo does, they should pay much more attention to the quality of their meats.

No. These are on different levels. Fogo has better cuts and salad bar is drastically better.
I thought it was much better. The only thing that fogo wins on is salad bar size. That's it.
Hey Gus, Just clarification they aren't FOGO!!!!!! I've been to Grill Hall tons of times and I absolutely love the experience! You should stop in and check em out!
