If you bring in the stray cat or dog and it isnt already spayed or neutered they will do so. Its part of there preparation to get the cat or dog on the adoption floor.
I know when you Adopt an animal from them they come spayed or neutered I don't think they have a walk-in clinic to get the animals spayed or neutered I think they hold Clinic every now and again but I'm not 100% sure your best bet is to give them a call
All I know is that when you purchase an animal from here they are spayed and neutered and updated with all their shots. If you were trying to get them to spay your cat they don't do that here. If that is what your looking for you can use the low cost clinic at the spca.
I don't work there but they do, the cat I had adopted was a stray that they fixed there..
