We don't make coconut shrimp, but we have butter shrimp during dinner buffet on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday, that is very popular too.
They do have seafood on the weekend nights but seems like they have their shrimp cook different on different days I know sometimes it had battered shrimp then like a salted shrimp but I'm not sure about coconut shrimp I would suggest just calling them and asking them they're really friendly and their food is usually real good
