You would have to call and ask. Many vinegars, imitation crab and tempura batters can have gluten so I’d steer clear of those
All sushi is gluten free... never heard of fish wrapped in wheat. Sashimi is just fish.
Gluten is only in wheat products. Sushi and sashimi don't contain wheat.
