I don’t think I will ever go to a Bdubs ever again lol. We went at like 3pm on Sunday May 1st. Ordered the “Wild Bloody Mary” and it tasted like spicy ketchup, had no salt rim and just a couple random olives floating around. I asked for it to be remade with all the garnishes and the salt rim that you pay $10 for and they brought back the same exact drink, poured into another glass, with a tiny dusting of salt and a celery stick plopped in. They also still use the mobile order system where you can’t really customize anything at all and it was a pain to use in general. Food took forever (even though there were like 5 other people in the restaurant). Came out cold, wings were dry as a bone, queso was so watery it just slipped off the chips. We did get fried pickles, those were alright. I literally never go to Bdubs but we had a random gift card and figured “why not”, but man it’s actually comical how unsatisfying everything was. Never again lol. The waitress was nice though! Was really sweet and helpful regardless.

I ordered Boneless Wings on a Thursday night with a friend for carryout. We got back to our apartment and only then realized that we had no dips or veggies that we included in our order. On top of that the wings had very little sauce on them. The wings tasted fine. But overall a poor customer experience for takeout.

Seated at the bar, I placed an order for boneless wings and fries about 445 yesterday afternoon. Others around me that ordered after I did started getting their food while I still waited for mine. Once I was able to get the attention of my server/bartender, I asked him if he could check on my food. He came back 5 or so minutes later from wherever he went and started pouring drinks. Once I was able to get his attention again, he told me that they had "given my food to someone else." This was at 530 and I was going to the basketball game at 6. No apology, no my bad, no effort to make it right whatsoever. Honestly, I wouldn't have cared about the situation if he had made even the smallest attempt to show that he cared. Even if you don't, at least act like you care a little bit.

This location was thee worst experience i have ever had at any buffalo wild wings. First we sat at our table for 10 minutes with no recognition. Then move to the bar hoping to get service. Bartender got us drinks right away. Then she got slammed . So the so called manager took our food order after we asked for assistance. We did not order much, my boyfriend got 6 wings that came out quickly. Then 20 minutes go by and I still hadn't received my chicken sandwich. So I told the manager, he apologized, then finally 10 minutes later brought me a cold partial chicken sandwich, then offered me 15% off when I didn't even get a whole sandwich. Then I had to tell the Bartender in order for the less than half sandwich to be comped. As a former server I am understanding when stores are short staffed, but I do not understand bad service, cold food , and bad management. I will never go to this location ever again. *** TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THEY SAY TAKE A QUESTIONEER , THEN OFFER YOU 1000 POINTS AND DONT EVEN HONOR THEIR WORDS, BWW IS A COMPLETE DISGRACE ***
