Why do they always get order wrong. Inside or drive thru. Employees evidently arent trained-managers fault.

I am here at least once a week and never had an issue. If this has happened to you more than once, I would stop in and ask to speak to a manager.

They have been good to me all these years... Is it same shift/crew?

They never mess up my order. But then again i know better than to order anything but bread from a bread company.
