I parked on the opposite side street.
Street parking...or- there is a parking lot across the street at the corner (across from Patagonia). There are a couple hourcar cars/spots there and a few handicap spaces but the rest are reserved for the restaurants and Patagonia.

It's all off street parking at most places on Grand Ave.
Shish, like most the other businesses on that little strip, doesn't have dedicated parking. So anywhere not not marked as a prohibited or tow zone.
In Grand, or in the lot across the street, or nights and weekends you can probably try Ramsey JHS, next intersection west
out front, but it's usually very busy. I'd try the neighborhood behind it
The lot across the street is posted but I've never seen it enforced. On Street or the lot by the school is ok too
