Firestone in Eagan had been a pleasant find for our two cars. Cost has been reasonable and they are highly communicative. We have been pleasantly surprised several times when actu costs have turned out to be lower than estimated costs. On top of that, whenever we have called they always answer quickly and have been able to squeeze our car in.

I hady car aligned. When they got done I asked the service writer if the tech tightened my camber arms he went and asked the tech. I had left them loose for him to be able to adjust easily. The tech said he tightened them. A month later I check. Wooooow. Safety concern? Poor quality workmanship? More? Absolutely. I give the two stars because the service writer was a pro. Will I take another vehicle there? No. Will I recommend anyone else does? Not ever. This type of stuff is what gives quity technicians who take pride in their work a bad rap

Flat Tire emergency after work could have been a disaster but James at Firestone saved the day. He was professional, offered options, and helped me figure out what to do. I was able to drive home safety. He called later to double check that something was done correctly (it was). You can't pay someone to have integrity. He's just a good guy who takes pride in doing his job well. I would highly recommend him and the office.
