I encourage you to ask for a Manager whenever you experience this. Let him/her know that you would like to give him/hee the opportunity to correct it before you notify corporate.
I like Applebee's always tell someone they will fix it
Sir, I am so sorry that you had a bad experience at Applebee's. I'm sure that if you had asked for a manager your issues would have been addressed promptly. I say this because the day my husband and I went there was a party of 15+ people and the manager was going around talking to all the Patrons making sure everyone was enjoying their meals and had no problems. Again, so sorry you had a bad exp experience. Give them another chance though and you can be Eating Good in the neighborhood!
