I asked the person during my appointment is it covered in my insurance and she said yes and now they sent me a bill.

Same here. Insurance covered it. I would call and ask for out of pocket pay if you don't have insurance.
Not sure of the cost, since I haven't received a bill or or notification from insurance company.
