If a parent signed the consent forms for a minor and got them notarized, can another adult(step parent, aunt, etc) accompany them to the procedure in place of the parent? Or does the same parent need to be there regardless?

The signing parent needs to be there to sign our form and we will also need their id for the paperwork required by state law
