Staff is not friendly at all. No smiles or hellos. The doctor is awful!!! Barely said 5 words and I had to ask if my prescription changed. He said “just a bit”. Didn’t go over it with me at all, just walked me up front. I work with dentist and if any of my providers acted like that, they wouldn’t work for us anymore.

This practice is terrible now. I have been going to Dr Berry for more than 30 years. I made a appointment for Dr Berry and was told I was seeing another Dr. When I walked in the first response I got was “Do you have a appointment?” Not good morning or hello. Yes I decided to just come in for no reason. Staff was rude.

Good Doctor. Awful practice. I've been seeing Dr. Berry for nearly 7 years, but the office has gone insanely downhill and I will now be looking for a new optometrist. I scheduled an appointment in October of 21 for Feb 22, only to get to the appointment and find that my Dr. has switched his schedule and Ill be seeing a new doctor. Apparently this change of schedule happened in December of 21, but failed to notify me. Then they insisted that the fault lies with me for their failure to notify. If I wanted to see my actual doctor I would have to wait until JULY. Additionally, the fact that there's a full page sign on the door that masks are absolutely required, only 2 of the 4 staff members had them on. With such an obvious disregard for their own rules, that doesn't give me any hope that any other procedures are being followed behind the scenes. This is not the first time something like this has happened with them, and with it happening more and more often, I would avoid this office.

I made an appointment because I have migraines in bright settings (fluorescent lights, sun, etc.) and for new glasses. When I told Dr. Berry about my migraines he asked me if I had ever heard of sun glasses. He said that a new medication prescribed by another doctor was causing the sensitivity, and when I told him it was already happening long before that prescription he just ignored it. The ladies up front were awesome in helping me with a cost effective solution for glasses. I picked out a frame I liked, made my payment, and was told they'd be ready in 2 weeks. When I showed up after 15 days, they told me there was some kind of mix up and they should've called me but it would be another week. After I pick up my glasses, I'll never come back here. If you're looking for a doctor who takes you seriously or glasses in a reasonable amount of time, this place is NOT it. Their staff is really nice and professional, but the doctor was rude and condescending. Don't waste your time here, I'm sure any other doctor will be a more pleasant experience.
