I asked the same question in person and was given an enthusiastic Yes. I'm not sure how we'd prove it, but the single cremations are guaranteed to be your pet. I trust the staff here and have been taking my cats to them since shortly after they opened.
I worked for a pet creamatory .the one I worked for 100% you got your pets ashes back.cant speak for any others.
All I can say is they are a very respectable team of doctors and assistance. I have complete confidence that the services they provide are of the highest standard.
