This is a 24hr emergency animal hospital. So the answer depends on the urgency. If you feel it needs to be addressed immediately then you can just show up with your puppy. Just keep in mind that emergency visits are typically more expensive. If you feel it can wait call and schedule a normal appointment which they normally can schedule within a day or so in my experience.
As the few have mentioned previously, if you take your pet in as an emergency then they will be seen right away.
