You should call the store directly about the delivery. I've ordered things from them online and have had to call the store two or three times to arrange a schedule date (that consequentially came far after the promised date on the website)... The first time i called inquiring, the day before it was due for delivery, they had no idea about the order being placed at all. So call them
I wont mess with Lowes anymore. They changed my promo loan for home improvement and scrue me up with out notice.
