There is a dock but I haven't seen a launch. I believe there is one at Ft Washington
You can launch a kayak from Farmington Landing into Piscataway Creek with easy vehicle access. You can also launch a kayak from Potomac shoreline at Piscataway Park/National Colonial Farm area but would require a kayak cart to get to the shoreline from the parking. Also there is a boat launch ramp at Marshall Hall/Bryans Road accessing the Potomac.
There is not a launch at ft Washington park or Piscataway park
I don't remember seeing one.
