I would like to make clotted cream but cannot use ultra-pasturized. I cannot find anything but. Do you have heavy cream that is not ultra-pasturized? If so, is it possible to deliver it to me c/o my local Safeway on King St Alexandria? Marghi

Hi Marghi, we use HTST pasteurization for our milk which is better for you than ultra-pasteurized. Pasteurization is required by Maryland law. Some customers have been successful making soft cheese with out whole cream top. We offer home delivery to your area, all you need to do is register on our website!

MD law prohibits the sale of unpasteurized dairy products. You need to go to a PA dairy.

Their dairy products that I've seen are pasturized, but i dont know what a difference may be between pasturized and ultra pasturized. I'd suggest giving the folks a call. They're all super helpful, in my experience.

They have cream on top products and they will deliver up to 85 miles out. You can order it all online
