Watering at a golf course usually occurs between 11pm and 7am. Depending on daily conditions, the superintendent may choose to syringe the turf for a few minutes to cool it down mid-day and or will throw additional water on them between 4-7pm to help them recover. Anytime the heat approaches or exceeds 90 degrees, with no rain I the forecast, you will see a superintendent water like this.
