No wait. I was able to walk in and was taken care of right away. Friendly people inside. I inquired about a plan for my tablet. They want $80.00 per month for 15 GB of service or $90.00 per month for 30GB. I don't need the plan that bad. What happened to$30.00 per month for unlimited data?

Staff were not helpful,once I explained the issue there only answer they had was call customer service They could have at least called from there to try and fix issue. There were 4 staff and no customers so not like they were busy.

Young tall girl waited on me she was talking to someone the whole time through her phone ear plug . Very rude and she did not know her stuff. Do not buy from her.

If you love spending hours of your time accomplishing nothing you have found the place. Enjoy hours on the phone with customer service who doesn’t know the answers to your questions or how to really help at all. Go into the store where there isn’t much help either slightly more knowledgeable then the customer service line but still gets you no where. To top it all off you get some of the highest price service with no refunds for their mistakes on your account. If this is what you enjoy you should run to yo ur local Verizon and start a phone plan
