The lady at the front desk was very rude. She gestured for me to put a mask on. I asked if she had one. (They gave me one 6 months ago when I was there) she rolled her eyes and turned away from me. Even the guy who checked me in was cold. Nobody asked how I was, nothing. I know it’s the morning but at least greet me. Do better!

The staff is extremely rude, and did not give me the correct test results for my son. This place is very unprofessional and I will never trust them with lab work ever again.

Appointment at 10:45, checked in from my car at 10:25, out the door with two tests done by 10:48. Employees were friendly and efficient. 100% better than the Williamstown Road location, which I will NEVER go to again.
