So when is it okay for employees to post on socail media about getting high at the job and messing up orders? This is exactly why I do not eat at Krystal's in starke Florida.

If this were me I would immediately contact Krystals corporate office notifying them of the situation along with a picture of what this certain employee posted on social media to activate an immediate investigation on this matter. I'm sure the owner of this particular Krystals chain would want to be informed about the poor quality of service / food in their, establishment 🤔
