We received 2 complimentary breakfast meals at checkout when we complained that the our room toilet flapper was broke n the hair dryer inop..I received my room receipt totaling $183. At home I checked my Mastercard bill n it was charged $208 vice the hard copy receipt showing $183..
There is an option when you book the room for complementary breakfast you just have to get the coupons from the front desk when you check in
