The lady she was was so rude I called the re for reservation they told me you don’t need reservations we have a lot of spots. We drove 1 hour and 30 mins we came from Virginia once we arrived they told us waiting time is 1 hour !!!!

Sorry to read of your experience. When you asked them and they told you there was plenty of room, did they know you wouldn't be there for a while? A lot can change in 90min.

Count yourself lucky the wait was only an hour, it's a popular place. Many places that are right on the water like Kentmorr, (especially crab houses), can have waits of 2, 3, or even 4 hours if you just roll up in the middle of the day on a sunny weekend. Next time you visit a restaurant on the bay, either be a little more flexible or show up early.
