No computers. It is open to the public.
I did not see any computers for individual usage. From my experience I was told that specifically cater ti JHU students but they had no problem taking my money when I mentioned that I'll go to the Barnes & Noble located at the Inner Harbor as well as contact the corporate headquarters about there customer service.
