I have recently moved to Ct. and reregistered my car and license. Everything I paid for in NY was invalid in Ct. Is there any way I can apply for a refund for my enhanced NY license and unused portion of the NY registration and inspection?

No they will not refund thet for you. Should know better thet that.

There is a form on the dmv website to request a refund. But I dont think moving will be a sufficient reason for them to refund you.
