The auto wash took my $14 and tells me to wait because it's in use. It's obviously not in use, but it won't let me in. We've been waiting for 15 minutes. Who can I call to get my money back?

Same thing just happened to me tonight. I took a picture of the "in use" screen and printed off a receipt but have no idea who to contact/call. Pretty irritating.
