I was second second and I would say it is a tight squeeze.
Some rows have leg room and some rows don't .
I'am a big guy...not too much leg room except 1st row in any sections...

Leg room is not enough. But then, it's a concert hall. So why not stand up and dance?
Very little leg room on the balcony. Very uncomfortable.
