I got a ticket in the back row of the bottom floor for 45 dollars. ( I bought them online so they were more expensive but that was the Town Hall's price) Hope that helps.
I am not sure my tickets were given to me from my job for free.
Depends on the show/seats/etc. Paid ~75 to see Live From Here with Trey in October of 2019.
