Go to a better restaurant, like Chester's Chop House. Was not impressed with quality or quantity while over priced.

Pork always needs to be fully cooked, ask if they have some light sauces to compliment the flavor of the meat.

J3 chicken strips are juicy. And pork should be done

Try the meatloaf instead.
