Dropped my vehicle off & showed them the coupons I had came back the next day to pick it up & they did not preform the oil change & $9.99 car care package I had shown them coupons for. They did a synthetic oil change & none of the car care package. Charged way more for the synthetic oil change. They also sloppily stuck the next oil change sticker on top of the old 1 on the windshield & did not even reset the oli change notification on my car!

Great customer service, Clay was very quick getting me in and out on my oil change and tire replacement!!! Brought my vehicle in on a Sunday, after scheduling my appointment online the day before. They did a great job, they did a courtesy check on the vehicle at no cost. Will bring my vehicles back for future work. Would recommend to anyone looking for rapid and easy repairs/replacement/maintenance on their vehicle.

After KiA told me I needed some costly brake work done, I decided to take my car to Firestone and see what they said. They said my brakes are fine and I would just be wasting money to replace them. I'll still get my oil changes at KIA because they're free, but everything else I will have done at Firestone.

I’m new to Wichita and was worried when I had to get my vehicle towed because I didn’t know anything about the local mechanic shops.I didn’t want to be taken advantage of. Since I’d always had good experiences with Firestone in my previous cities, I decided to take my vehicle to one in Wichita. Good decision. The staff was very friendly and they explain well so even a non-car person like myself can understand. Thank you to Nick and the entire staff. 😊
