MSG in cooking?

I go there quite often and yes they do use MSG unless you request that they not use it. They may even tell you on the phone that they don't but I tell them anyway that I do not want it as a disclaimer to the violent headache that I get if it's used

I called them on 2/11/18. They use MSG in their food. You have to request that it is not cooked with MSG. MSG/ACCENT makes food tasty but gives me a nasty headache.

Pretty sure that they don't.
