I simply wanted to know if they deliver or use 3rd party, because I would just pick up if a 3rd party was in play. The lady rudly answered with "We don't deliver and we do not use 3rd party" I said okay and Before I could even speak yet alone place an order; I was hung up on.

Good customer service, but I should've listened to the reviews about the lack of flavor. Every dish was missing something taste wise. I've never experienced this from a Chinese food restaurant.

Rude lady… I called to ASK about delivery I WAS going to still place an order But she said NO DELIVERY and hung up smh won’t ever get me or my family service… LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE it’s simple!

My favorite chinese food restaurant in Charlotte, it reminds me of the restaurant I grew up on from back home called Taiwan's on university in Berkeley CA. Sweet and Sour shrimp, shrimp fried rice ( they do shrimp good) and chicken lo-mein in Cali it's called chowmein but we've adapted, & mama that answers the phone and handles the orders is so Sweet! #BAYMONEYTAROT on YouTube
