If you get the $10/month, you can only go to the Planet Fitness you signed up with. If you get the $20/month (Black Card) you can go to any PF in any state. I'm not sure about personal trainers.

Hi, from what I remember I monthy pay $20 . Also, it depends on what type of membership you are getting .

Personal trainers are billed separately.
