I want to know why nobody contacted me for 7 months after filling my waiver, then a year later I found out the case was denied and my paralegal does not even work there anymore, how professional is that

Your allegation of not being contacted for 7 months is intentionally inaccurate. Please note the following pulled by the paralegal running point on your case: On June 11, 2018, USCIS received your I-601 (fraud) and I-212 (deportation - as you were previously deported and are currently out of the country) waiver applications. As per USCIS, the estimated time range for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility is 10 to 13 months. On June 18, 2019, we received your email, following up your case and asking about the about the paralegal on your case. On June 19, 2019, PJ Dario, the paralegal on your case, responded to you introducing herself and answered your question regarding your case. Please note that your wife wrote most of the correspondence. Your petition and waivers were processed in an orderly fashion and within the Service's times frames. That is professional. We will address your denials next.
