Phone calls are torture, they always put you on hold and they hardly ever answer you. And they also charge you in advance... and the first thing they tell you... “I need more money to continue the process…. “And so it is an endless request for money…. I do not recommend this Lawyer…!!!

Your allegation of not being contacted for 7 months is intentionally inaccurate. Please note the following pulled by the paralegal running point on your case: On June 11, 2018, USCIS received your I-601 (fraud) and I-212 (deportation - as you were previously deported and are currently out of the country) waiver applications. As per USCIS, the estimated time range for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility is 10 to 13 months. On June 18, 2019, we received your email, following up your case and asking about the about the paralegal on your case. On June 19, 2019, PJ Dario, the paralegal on your case, responded to you introducing herself and answered your question regarding your case. Please note that your wife wrote most of the correspondence. Your petition and waivers were processed in an orderly fashion and within the Service's times frames. That is professional. We will address your denials next.
Ami have always been attentive to any question
Hi Luisa, We schedule appointments every working day. Those clients do not wait as they are seen at the time they are scheduled. However, there are many people who come in as "walk-ins"; meaning without an appointment. They are informed at reception that appointments are seen first, as they usually schedule the week before. When many walk-ins come in at the same time and choose to wait, seating becomes limited in our two waiting rooms. However, once appointments start getting seen it moves faster. (The employees you see moving around is because we occupy 3 floors of 2 buildings.) Moreover, I stay until the last consultation no matter how late, and the consultations are free. Therefore, if you wish to not wait longer than necessary, please make an appointment. Thanks. Richard
Since you are not a US citizen, you would have to ask the embassy of the Dominican Republic if Colombians need a visa to enter their country. Beware, if it is possible to travel, and it only takes a short time, the US customs could suspect that you are traveling only to extend your normal stay of 180 days when you return, and reject your entry.
Consultations are free, sir. We have not collected inquiries in about 30 years. Richard La Salle
The only "Maria Flores" we have in our database (which is meticulously kept up-to-date in electronic and in hard copy) is a case from 2013 wherein the priority date to take the next step was not then current. To the detriment of your allegation, since Governor Cuomo shut down businesses in March my entire office has been working remotely and electronically and I, Richard La Salle, answer the majority of messages. As of today, 6/13/20 at 5:16 p.m. all messages have been answered. Moreover, I ran your name in different variations in the search bar of our email address and your name does not appear. So to recap, we have no file, no messages and no payment(s) made by you. Accordingly, you appear to be a troll from my competition or wildly mistaken. If there is a file under a different name that belongs to you, call reception and we will retrieve it, check the status and answer any question you may have. Thank you for your time. Richard La Salle
1-800-898-7180 and follow the instructions.
Unfortunately, we do not do cases in your state. Good luck with your matter, sir.
Our consultations do not have arbitrary time limits as each matter differs in complexity. Our receptionists manage the consultation schedule and can make an appointment for you. Feel free to call us.
