Hi Luisa, We schedule appointments every working day. Those clients do not wait as they are seen at the time they are scheduled. However, there are many people who come in as "walk-ins"; meaning without an appointment. They are informed at reception that appointments are seen first, as they usually schedule the week before. When many walk-ins come in at the same time and choose to wait, seating becomes limited in our two waiting rooms. However, once appointments start getting seen it moves faster. (The employees you see moving around is because we occupy 3 floors of 2 buildings.) Moreover, I stay until the last consultation no matter how late, and the consultations are free. Since you are not a US citizen, you would have to ask the embassy of the Dominican Republic if Colombians need a visa to enter their country. Beware, if it is possible to travel, and it only takes a short time, the US customs could suspect that you are traveling only to extend your normal stay of 180 days when you return, and reject your entry.
