The day we were their, they had a problem with the e- tickets. There is someone there to speak to aand purchase tickets from. I am a people person and I have to say the Greyhound employees amaze me!! They are kind, hardworking and I mean hardworking!! They move everything along for I don't know how many buses coming in and out of this station so amazingly smooth. All the while answering so many customers questions so many and so many details of customer service needs!! Well done!! You deserve a pat on the back!
