It doesn't take a genius to figure this out. You look at your ticket to find which gate your bus leaves from, you find the gate, you wait til your bus is now loading, get on line and board your bus. Easy.

It depends on the city. I know in Newark, NJ and New York city people sit in the station awaiting there buses. But for Mt. Laurel NJ no waiting in for your bus even if it raining or snowing you will be outside due to the Virus.
