I have been living in my 1 bedroom apartment for 15 years.. I’m a single parent with 1 baby son now 15 months. I need a 2 bedroom apartment in my same building. My landlord have vacancies and refuses to give me the apartment. What are my rights.

Does sound like something illegal is being done. Your best bet would be to either call legal aid society or show up at their office at 60 Bay St to schedule a consultation.

Contact your local legal aid & they will advise you. It sound like discrimination .
