Yes. Gulf Coast Town Center is a great place for dogs. This is a very dog friendly mall. Most restaurants will allow leashed dogs on the patio. But, always ask the restaurant or store before settling in. Some stores have water bowls. There are also water fountains built into the facade at the 4 legged level.
