They had a good answer. Don't shop there often except for Hallmark ornaments.
Unfortunately we do not currently have 40th Anniversary photo frames, however we do carry some very nice wooden photo frames that would look stunning with words written on it. If you know someone with good handwriting and a cheap paint pen it would be a fantastic gift. (Plus you can technically say it was homemade)
