Depends on the box dimensions. It can get very pricey even with a very light box. I tried to ship a 5"x8"x 60" 2lb. Box and they wanted $117.00
If all packages are going to the same location, Fed Ex will sell you a box to put all of the packages in OR you can send them each separately. Prices are based on size & weight of your package(s).
I think so, you are charged by size and weight.
