Do they give cats shots and neutering.how much?

I dont think they offer veterinarian services, only animal rescue and adoption. Try the humane society, they offer services like that

They do not neuter or spay your pets. They only do surgery on strays being adopted or on dogs being returned to an owner after being brought in as a stray.
