Does this place take lost dogs? I found a what look's like blue nose brindle. She still little but not puppy little. I gave her water and food but she keeps crying and im sure its for her owner.

Yes, we take stray dogs. Perhaps if its "chipped" it may have got lose and the owner can reclaim it. We search all dogs that are "chipped" and hold 5 days before they go up for adoption. If not, they are held 3 days before they go up for adoption.
