Hello, Melissa! We do offer free urine pregnancy tests. You can just walk in anytime the offices are open!
I don't believe they do; however Choices Pregnancy Centers do and they are in Tempe on Broadway and in Mesa on Southern. And 1st Way Pregnancy Center in Phoenix on 16th St does as well! Both places are very helpful and supportive.
