Do u have any kind of warranty, if so there's probably a phone number or website...if in doubt call wherever you bought it,hopefully there still in business..you may have to call repairman, I have goldwing for my appliance servicing, nice ppl..
I recommend you talk to wherever you purchased it or Samsung directly
