It's an open parking until bars close.
Open all the time though you probably. Need to notofy security if you want or need to leave your 🚗 there over night .
No restrictions that I am aware of, someone may ask some questions if an RV shows up and stays awhile. With bars being in the complex I am sure a few cars here and there are left overnight.
You can park there anytime.
