Yes, the mall is still very much open! Most of the stores and restaurants are open as well - not sure about the theater. You may want to call the actual store before visiting though.
I was there about 2. 1/2 weeks ago and they were open you just have too wear a mask per usual going into stores and be safe distance
Yes, atleast it was when I last went. Id look up a store that is there and ask the store itself to be positive
