We have Elderly Family Members in Mesa Az. that don't have any transportation to get to their Doctor's appointments!! Do you have any suggestions about where we can go for help? They only have Social Security to live off!

Valley Transport and other local companies, basically medical onlu taxi services, are all over Arizona. Medicaid will pay for them, as will Medicare. Just contact their insirance for a list.

There is different medical transportation companies that most insurances pay for completely. They are similar to an Uber or Lyft type of company but it's only for medical appointments, and or medical needs, such as prescription pickup I believe. And again most insurance companies pay for the cost of the transport. Lots of people use them here, I've seen mini vans for people who need room for wheelchairs or walkers things of that nature. You should look into it.
