Having a disability does not mean that you are low income!! SNAP eligibility does. I believe medi/medi does as well.

The government cannot force a private company to offer you a purchase discount.
If you are on Medicare or Medicaid for disability you get discount also.and most insurance companies give a discount check and see
I did not know this and you are completely right. You might want to write to our Govenor, representative, congressman. It is a great question!
