No, you're doing something wrong. Are you using their pens? You must swiftly press the button five times to turn it on if you're using the 600mg cartdriges with the mystica vaporizer. It will light up blue when you push the button so coordinate your hit with your button pushing and i guarantee it will work. Are you using the pen shaped vape or the smaller, boxier one(mystica)?
Agreed with Daniel. As far as exchanging it, they will only do that if you're using their pens. Anything else voids the warranty.

The vape cartridges each have a built in heating element. The thing you charge is just a battery. Look at the bottom of the vape cartridge. The center of the cartridge must contact the center contact of the battery in order to work. The center part is movable and if it gets pushed in slightly it will not make contact. Take a pin or tweezers and pull or pry the center piece out a tiny bit. It will now make contact. This works on full and seemingly empty cartridges. I had a number of cartridges that i thought were empty. Have gotten many more draws from cartridges that I thought were empty. The center part just wasn't making contact. I found this solution on YouTube.
Hi Jessica, no. One is let your vape charge. They say 15 min. But i had to charge it for at least an hour! Then if it dosent work take it back and they will give you a new one. Ok. Feel better.
I used only their pens. The first pen I bought was a bad one took it bad exchanged for another today come back home to use the same vape with the new mystica vaporizer and still not working.
Yes there are some that don't work, usually a contact issue. You may have burned out the coil if you used mod or a battery to high in watts! Try unscrewing cap and pouring into old cap that you know works.
